Terms and Conditions
1. A veterinary physiotherapist appointment will either require a referral from your veterinary practice or consent from your vet after I have contacted them.
2. If an animal is severely lame or unwell without your vets knowledge , the appointment will not be able to go ahead, however, you will not be charged for this appointment.
3. There is a cancellation period of 24 hours. Any cancellation within this time will be charged 50%. However, cancellations within 24 hours due to the animal becoming unwell or suffering a contagious disease will result in no charge.
4. You MUST cancel your appointment if either yourself or your animal has either come into contact with or is suffering from a contagious disease. This includes yards which have a disease present and are under quarantine. No charges will be applied for a cancellation under these circumstances.
5. All personal information is kept guarded and private in accordance to the Veterinary Surgeons Act (1966) and the General Data Protection Regulations Act (GDP) (2018).
6. Payment is either through cash or bank transfer. Payment must be made within 7 days to avoid late payment charges.
7. Before paying with insurance, you must first have consent from both your vet and insurance company to pay for Veterinary Physiotherapy treatment.
